By ballot vote members of the . National Union of Railwaymen in Britain lrave elected Mr Frank Bailey to be secretary of the approved society section of 125,000 members, in succession to Mr J. H. Thomas, M.R. .Mr Bailey has been manager of the society, for 18 years, and its acting secretary for five years.
