TRADE AGREEMENTS.
RATIFICATION BY CANADA. Received November 23, 12.35 p.m. OTTAWA, Nov. 22. The Canadian-Southern Rhodesia trade agreement was given its third reading in the House of Commons by 11)5 votes to 16, Air Alackenzie King and a number of other Liberals causing a surprise by voting for tire agreement. The third reading was given to the Irish Free State agreement by 89 votes to 48 and the South African agreement by 92 votes to 48.
