CABINET MEMBERS IN WEL-

WELLINGTON, Sept. 16. With the exception of Hon. W. Downie Stewart, who is in London, there will be a full muster of Cabinet Ministers to welcome Rt. Hon. J. G. Coates on Sunday morning. Several Alinisters have been away from Wellington recently, but they will all have returned to the capital by to-morrow morning. Official advice lias been received that Air D. Jones, chairman of the Alcat Board, and Air H. E. Napier, tho Fruit Board representative at the Ottawa Conference, are returning by the Alonowai.
A civic reception will be given to Air Coates in the Town Hall on Tuesday evening. This gathering will be of particular interest, as Mr Coates has intimated by wireless that ho will reserve his main statement concerning the Ottawa Conference until he speaks on Tuesday evening.
