THREAT IN CHILE.
PRESIDENT RESIGNS
Received September 14, 9.50 a.M. SANTIAGO, Chile, Sept. 13. The provisional President, Senor Carlos Da Vila, resigned after the army and air force revolted, threatening to bomb the presidential palace unless ho surrendered office.
