EX-SOLDIERS’ APPEAL.
REGARD OF ARMISTICE DAY,
Received September 14, 12.25 a.m. VANCOUVER, Sept. 13. The Amputation Association of the Great War, at its annual convention, passed a resolution deploring the public disregard of Armistice Day and calling on the Government and employers to make the day a sacred holiday.
