A gloomy view of Jugo Slavia’s economic plight is given by a financial export who has just returned from Belgrade. He suggests inevitable default in the September payments. Tho people hu.vo lost faith in the Dictatorship, ho says, and only strict repression has prevented a rovolt. Failure of the harvest liaß aggravated both discontent and tho monetary crisis.
Tho expert suggests that a Nations. Government is tho only remedy.
