MASTERTON, Sept. 9. Arising out of evidence given in Court when charged with being intoxicated while in charge of a motor vehicle, Sydney Arthur Bishop, a slaughterman, appeared before Mr J. Miller, S.M., on a charge of perjury. The Magistrate dismissed the information, stating that the witnesses for the prosecution were too indefinite as to the identity of the accused, who denied being in an hotel bar.
