BURGLARS AT AUCKLAND.

THEFT OF MONEY

Per Press Association. AUCKLAND, Sept. 9. Last night burglars entered tho office of Brown Bros, and Geddes, alongside the factory at Newmarket, and gained an entrance to the strongroom, stealing a bag containing money. This morning, when an employee readied the office, he found two doors open. The office had been ransacked in search of money. A heavy padlock had been broken off the strongroom door, allowing it to be opened. The thieves found a cloth bag which contained money in silver and notes, and took this away with them.
