PAirrATtJA, Kepb 9. Mr R. C. Kllingham is on a visit to Wellington. Mr J. (!. Brechin, of Mangamntu, met with a painful accident on Tuesday morning. lie was engaged In cutting a piece of wood, when it Hew up and si rock his head, breaking a blood vessel.
The annual meeting of the Rongokokako Dairy Company was held in the Rongokokako Hall. The chairman, Mr H. if. •Smith, presided over a good attendance of shareholders. Messrs S. It. Smith and U. MeAniilty were re-elected to the. directorate. At. tho annual meeting of I Jus Nireaha Dairy Company, Mr A. K. Hell, presided over a large attendance of shareholders. Ji’nr the position of two directors there were five nominees, Messrs .1. Rowyer, W. J. Manser, K. 11. Terry, J. Spring and S. It. Blcwctl. A ballot being taken, tho first two named were elected.
