THE WAITEMATA SEAT. AUCKLAND, Aug. 4. In response to the request of a representative North Shore deputation, Mr W. B. Darlow, of Birkenhead', will offer -himself as an independent candidate with National Party aims for the Waitemata seat at the forthcoming general election. If an attempt is made to form a National Party Mr Harlow will join its ranks.
