BRITISH BY-ELECTIONS.
(British Official Wireless.)* > RUGBY, April 18. A writ has been issued for a byelection at Ashton-under-Lyne, Lancashire, which will have special interest as the new party organised by Sir Oswald Mosley lias announced its intention of putting up a candidate for the first time.
Three other by-eletcions are pendpending already, and another at Scarborough will follow the resignation, for reasons of health, of the Conservative member, Captain Herbert.
