TRAIN HELD UP

BLOODSHED IN EGYPT. Received April 18, 9.45 a.m. , CAIRO, April 17. A 1 train conveying a party of notable people to Mansura to attend a reception to the Prime Minister was held up at Dekerness, in Upper Egypt. The demonstrators forced the passengers to alight, detached the engine and stoned the police reinforcements, injuring thirteen. The police opened fire, one of the demonstrators being killed and three wounded.
