AUCKLAND v. WELLINGTON. FINAL DAY’S PLAY. Per Press Association. WELLINGTON, March 11. The final day’s play in the Pliinket Shield cricket match, Wellington versus Auckland, opened in fine weather with a fresh southerly wind. Light rain overnight had had little effect on the wicket, which was still in excellent order. Hollings (32) and Foley (13) continued the Wellington innings to tho bowling of Allcott and Wensley. At the luncheon adjournment, the score was 181 for four (Lowry not out 49; McLeod not out 26; extras 36).
