Received August 28, 1.45 p.m. THE HAGUE, Aug. 27. The consensus of the reports here state that an agreement has been reached on the reparations issue. The basis is that Britain will receive 75 per cent, of her demands, and that Germany is guaranteed complete evacuation of the Rhineland on June 30, 1930.
