WELLINGTON, Aug. 27. Mabel Gladys Hadaway, aged 28 years, and Edmund Blundel, a salesman, aged 37 years, appeared before Mr E. Page, S.M., in the Magistrate’s Court charged with stealing at Sydney on July 18 clothing valued at £2OO, the property of Thomas William Gladdie Hadaway of Sydney, husband of the woman. The Magistrate refused to grant an extradition order and dismissed the case.
