“GREATEST CREDITOR NATION.”

REGINA (Saskatchewan), Aug. 21. In an address before the Canadian Ciub on Wednesday, Mr Winston Churchill dealt with the financial situation in Great Britain., Mr Churchill declared that *tho Mother Country had regained her status as a creditor nation, and that the four billions sterling of foreign investments which Britain had at the outset of the war were exceeded.

“We are to-day the world’s greatest creditor nation,” Mr Churchill added.
