REMAND GRANTED.
Frederick Charles Ford, a labourer, aged 20, was remanded in the Magistrate’s Court this morning to appear at Stratford to-morrow. He was charged that, at Stratford, on February 22, he did unlawfully and without colour of right, but not so as to be guilty of the theft thereof, convert to nis own use a black gelding valued at £lO, the property of Archibald Marr.
