POLICE COURT.

At the request of his solicitor, Lionel Clifford Nimmo, who was charged in the Police Court on Monday last with having indecently assauted a female at Palmerston North on March 31, was again remanded until April 12. Bail was’ allowed by Messrs'. W. F, Durward, A. J. Graham and F. Aislier, J.P.’s as previously fixed (one surety of-£IOO in self and two sureties of £SO each).
