MISSION TO JAPAN.
(British Official Wireless). RUGBY, Nov. 4. With regard to the mission to Japan next year to present the Emperor Hirohito with the insignia of the Order of the Garter, it is stated, Prince Arthur of Connaught headed a similar mission to the grandfather of the present Emperor of Japan in 1905. and also to the late Emperor just bebefore the war. In the present case the mission will be performed by one of the sons of the King and Queen.
