EDUCATIONAL CINEMATOGRAPHY
(Australian Press Association—United Service). ROME, Nov. 5. Senor Villegas), representing the League Council, to-day opened tho League’s Institute of International Educational Cinematograph. The institute, which was established by the Italian Government’s generosity, is housed in an historic villa. The King of Spain and Signor Mussolini were present at the ceremony. The Government has banned war films throughout Italy and also films likely to offend any district.
