MORE TROUBLE IN AUSTRALIA

(United Press Association —By Electric Telegraph —Copyright.) Received November 6. 10.25 a.m: SYDNEY, Nov. 6. The domestic troubles of the Australian Seamen’s Union became accentuated in the week-end, when the chief clerk of the Federal Secretary’s office, Mr R. Hack, withdrew and transferred to the State secretary’s office with the books and papers. Mr lorn Walsh is incensed. Ho declares that Mr Hack has automatically sacked himself and that somebody else will be appointed. The Sydney branch held a meeting among themselves and despatched Mr Peter McKernan to Adelaide to supersede the local secretary Mr C. Woodsford, who is a suj porter of Mr Walsh, but the members there are giving Mr McKernan the cold shoulder. The battle is not concluded.
