FIGURES FOR MONTH.
Deaths notified in Palmerston North distract during November up to noon to-day totalled 24, as compared with 63 for November, 1926. Last month the deaths registered were 31, as against 17 for the previous month. Marriage notices for this month, total 22, two ceremonies being performed by the registrar. Births during this month total 59, as against 51 tor the previous month, and 63 for the corresponding month of 1926.
