Nobody ever calls me—DEAR Good EveningThis is the News of the Day This Thursday, Friday and Saturday we are holding our Month-End Clean-up The end of the month is here and, as is our policy, we have gone through our stocks and sorted out various lines that we think have been in stock long enough. Our policy is quick turnover, and any goods that do not sell within a certain time, at the end of each month are offered at Bargain Prices to clear them. Here are some of this month’s Bargains.

LOT 1 16 only CREPE-DE-CHINE AND GEORGETTE FROCKS. One or two are slightly faded, some are slightly shop soiled but the stuff in them all is good. They have been hanging on our racks quite long enough, and the room they have been taking up is valuable, so out they go. The old prices were up to £4 4s a garment, but we shall quit them at our CLEAN-UP PRICE 10s 6d. LOT 2. 5 only TWEED AND FACE CLOTH COATS. They are perfectly good and up-to-date, but we do not like the colours. Perhaps you will, so come along and see them. At the price they are ridiculously cheap. Our prices for them ranged from £3 10s to £6 10s, but this week we are offering them at our CLEAN-UP PRICE 39s 6d. LOT 3. 6 only TWEED COSTUMES. Right up-to-date. The colours are good, the styles are right. In fact there is nothing wrong with them, only we think that it is time that they were sold. They have been in stock their time limit so we say “Out you go.” The .old prices were from £5 to £6 6s. CLEAN-UP PRICE 635. LOT 4. 80 only READY-TO-WEARS-Good faille silk ready-to-wears in a great variety of colours. Most of them have paste ornaments. Irrespective of the--former prices we shall be selling them at our CLEAN-UP PRICE 5s 11d. LOT 5. 18 dozen ROYAL ART. SILK HOSE. This is a good fitting hose of unequalled quality. The leg is silk right from top to toe, a great boon to those wearing short skirts. The colours are flesh, nude, blush, silver grey, rose nude. There is nothing wrong v/ith this stocking only we are too heavily stocked in hosiery and this was one of the numbers that we decided to sacrifice. The usual price was 3s 11 d. CLEAN-UP PRICE 2s 11d. LOT 6. 3 dozen RUBBER APRONB. These are very useful and are made in a smart design with a bib and tie strings. All assorted colourings and made of a nice soft pliable rubber. Usual price 2s 11 d. CLEAN-UP PRICE 1s 11d. Wl ISONS c /or LadiesWear^ CBfi MWAKPi PAUtfEJJBTON NTS,
