DRIVER BEFORE COURT. Per Press Association. AUCKLAND, Sept. 2. As 'to a sequel to a motor smash at Takanini, Louis William Young, aged 26, a stage artist an driver of the car ; was fined £5 for converting it to his own use and £1 for driving without a license. Accused had an American license and thought it was applicable to the Dominion. The car was valued at £6OO and the damage was estimated at £3OO.
