(Mr Grant) v. C. H. Louglman and It. O’B. Louglrnan, trading as Loughnan Bros. (Mr Cooper) claim lor £l4B 13s lid, allegedly due for hire of tractor and loader, work done and goods supplied. Counter-claim for £1260 damages for alleged breach of warranty. Rev v. Feilding Farmers’ Freezing Co., Ltd. (Mr Eliott) and J. P. Coyle claim for £7O 6s sd, value of lambs assigned to plaintiff and allegedly taken bv defendant.

McGaughran (Mr Prendergast) order for performance of agreement to buy land ; to pay £2 16s Gel special damages and £2O general damages for alleged failure to perform agreement; alternatively for return of deposit and £lO Is 6d special and £SO general alleged damages. Cissie Ellen Bottcher (Mr Ongley) v. Ellen Cammock (Mr Lloyd) recission of contract of sale of land on grounds of alleged misrepresentation, and return of moneys paid, with alternative of £2243 3s alleged damages. Wm. McK Angus (Mr Ongley) v.
Thomas C. doling (Mr Graham) claim for £4.4) os, bonus allegedly due under agreement to employ.; alternatively £436 Is od alleged overtime. McNcilly and Buchanan (Mr Innes) v. 1 lios. Jas. Smith (Mr Brooker) claim for £265, alleged to be duo as on sale of land; alternatively £265 allegedly due on quantum meruit for services rendered. Orange Crush Co. of U.S.A. (Mr Park) v. James H. Carson, trading as Carson and Co., injunction restraining defendant. from alleged breach of agreement not to advertise or sell non-alcoholic drinks, not of the manufacture of plaintiff, under the name of “Orange Crush,” “Lemon Crush” and “Lime Crush” ; also inquiry as to damages if any. In Divorce (Before Judge Alone.) Win. John Lionel Graham (Mr Cooper) v. Margaret Esther Graham (Mr Ongley) and Herbert Robinson, dissolution of marriage on grounds of alleged adultery. John Cunningham (Mr Innes) v. Mary Cunningham and Robert Holmes, dissolution of marriage on grounds of alleged adultery. Ada Mary Pawson (Mr Ongley) v. Frederick Edward Pawson, dissolution of marriage on grounds of alleged desertion for three years. Harold Alfred Rogers (Mr Lyon) v. Christina Louisa Rogers, dissolution of marriage on grounds of alleged desertion for three years. Percival Banks Weldon (Mr Cooper) v. Doris Margaret Weldon and Ernest Nosbit Browne, dissolution of marriage on grounds of alleged adultery. There are also two motions for discharge from bankruptcy. In Banco. Kereone, Ltd. v.
