ALL SAINTS’ CHURCH.

REV. WILTSHIRE WELCOMED

Rev. P. Wiltshire, formerly of Stratford, who has been appointed to All Saints’ parish, was extended a welcome by tho parishioners last evening, Canon Fancourt presiding over a large attendance. The function took the form of a musical evening, and at a suitable juncture addresses of welcome were given by the chairman and Messrs A. Skerman and 0. Monrad (churchwardens), Revs. Dent and Kenney (on behalf of the clergy) and Mr Robinson (on behalf of the Church of England Men’s Society). Contributors to the musical section of the programme were Miss Blockley, Mr Whitcliorn, Rev. Dent and the Arion and Alexander quartettes. After supper dancing was indulged in for an hour or two.
