SUCCESSFUL SWIM CLAIMED. - Received February 3, 8.5 a.in. NEW YORK, Eeb. 2. ~ Henry Sullivan, who conquered- the English Channel, swam ashore at San Diego (Southern California) from seaward, announcing that he had crossed the Catalina Channel in 22 hours 45 minutes. He failed in an attempt a fortnight ago.—A. and N.Z. cable.
