SCHEME FOR REFLOATING. CONCESSION TO ITALIAN FIRM. Received March 30, 8.55 a.m. LONDON, March 30. Tho Daily Mail states that an Italian firm has secured a concession to refloat 39 ships sunk in the Dardanelles during war time, including the Goliath, Irresistible and Majestic, and the French dreadnoughts Gaulois and Bouvais. —Sydney Sun cable.
