E-isex (Mr Merton) v. K. Murray, £3O 8s 6d, costs £4 Is 6d; Central Auctioneering Coy. (Mr Fletcher) v. A. McLeod, £7 Iss, costs £1 10s; H. Hopworth (Air Meatyard) v. A. V. Johanson, costs only 15s; E. Davenport (Air Laurenson) v. A. McLeod, £lO 2s 6d, costs £2 14s. JUDGAIENT SUMAIONSES.

Robert James Morgan was ordered to pay James AYalker (Mr McGregor) the sum of £2 16s forthwith, in default seven days’ imprisonment, the warrant to be suspended if defendant pays os on August loth and a similar monthly amount thereafter. C. E. Pearson was ordered to pay Burnett, Mcßeath and Brown (Mr Meatvard) the sum of £5 18s 6d forthwith,' in default seven days’ imprisonment, warrant to be suspended if defendant pays £1 on August 13 and a silmilar amount monthly thereafter.
