Dawson, of station 3AL, reports the successful receipt, by means of specie 1 receivers, of the wireless test messages sent out by the United States fleet for obtaining data on the capabilities of short waves. Both sides of the conversation between the flagship Seattle (NPRL) and he Naval Research Laboratory at Bellcue (NKF) have been copied in several instances.
