A single man named Frederick Rogers, aged 32, was missing from Cox and Gunning’s waterfalls station for nearly a fortnight and the police at Eketahuoa and Pongaroa organised search parties. 1 hey •wera unsuccessful, but they found boot 3 and some clothes on tho bank of tne creek. This morning advice was received that: a body was found in a creek two miles away from where the articles were found. His only known relative is a sister in Hawera.
