ARISTOCRATIC LABOUR.
IGNORING THE RANK AND FILE. : LONDON, Aug. 24. Outside the conierehce-room they We scarcely on speaking terms with the ordinary delegates and their wives. . , ■ v The British Labour Party at present includes members of all classes, ranging from Mr Arthur Ponsonby, who comes of an aristocratic English family, to working miners and bricklayers from the 'earth.of England. Some of the members are wealthy men.
