DIFFICULTIES REMOVED. PROSPECT OF MUCH SUPPORT. Received March 2, 9.65 a.m. LONDON, March 1. Sir P. Lloyd Graeme, when questioned in the House of Commons, said ho hoped and believed that steps would he taken to give effect the Sir W. Joynson Hicks’ report, which removed all difficulties regarding the management of the Empire Exhibition. There was now every prospect of wholehearted support from all quarters. All concerned were indebted to Sir W. Joynson H}cks for the thorough investigation and the report.—A. and N.Z. cable.
