CAR GOES PVER HILL.
A motor accident, luckily without loss of. life, took place on Paekakariki Hill on Monday afternoon. Mr and Mrs Downes, of Wellington, with Mr C: Whittick, were returning to the city in their car and on the ascent of the hill, about halfway: up, a rear tvre blew off," with the result that the car skidded, and went oyer the side of the road.
