ADDINGTON MARKET. Per Press Association. CTIIUSTCUCKCII. Fuh. 18. At the Addington market (here was a big yarding to-day of all, classes of stock, particularly fat sheet, fat lambs _ and stort sheep. Fat sheep:' Nine races, compared to five last week, were yarded. After the butchers’ requirements were mot the market eased to the extent of 2s 6d per head. Freezing buyers were not with their usual freedom, and a number of pons were turned out. Prices: Prime wethers 33s 5d to 43s 3d, medium 33s 5d to 37s lOd. lighter 29s to 32s fid. extra prime ewes 42s 3d, prime owes 36s 6(1 to 41s 6(1, medium 51s 6d to 35s 6d, lighter 23s Id to 30s. Store rattle; A large yarding of bulls preponderated, and except for those values were maintained. Prices: Extra heavy hulls £8 to £2O, 2-year steers £7 to £lO. dry cows £5 5s to £0 10s. Dairy cows: There was a small yarding and brisk demand. Prices: Aged cows £8 10s to £ll, good 2 and 3-year-oid heifers £l4 10s to £l6, good dairy cows £l3 10s to

Vealers: There was an average yarding with a good demand for runners; prices ranging np to £8 2s 6d, medium runners £5 7s 6d to £6 15s, good vealers £3 10s to £4 15s. small and inferior 8s to _3os. Fat pigs: There was a medium entry, and the demand cased during the sale. Fxtra heavy haconers brought £9 to £9 16s, heavy baeoners £7 to £B. ordinary £6 to £7. the average price per lb. was ll;Jd to Is. Heavy porkers realised £5 5s to £5 l_ss. ordinary £4 10s to £5. the average prieper lb. being Is Id; choppers £6 to £l6. Store pigs; There was a small entry much below tin 1 requirements of buyers. The demand was keen and high prices ruled. A small number of weaners were offered and sold exceptionally well.
