COLD WEATHER COMING.
Tho Government meteorologist wired at noon to-day:—Tho indications are for moderate to strong southerly winds. Tho weather will probably bo cool and changeable with scattered showers. The night will bo very cold with frosts inland, and then tho weather should improve. Tho barometer will bo rising slowly.
