AWANUI WRECKED.

ALL EUROPEANS SxtVED

(Paa Press Association.) AUCKLAND, April. 10. The agents for the schooner Awanui have been aovised by cable from Pago Pago that the Awanui was wrecked at Niue on January 11th. All the Europeans were saved and arrived at Apia yesterday. It is not stated if any native lives wore lost. No references are made to cargo. WELLINGTON, April 10.

Sir James Allen has received information that the crow of the Awanui are safe. The cargo from New Zealand has beer, landed., and also 30 tons of copra wore salved.
