Commander Frederok Wyatt, chief xaijiiuiiig ofHcei’ at HaHax, has been crested on a charge of manslaughter i connection with tho explosion on the teamer Lit mo. winch collided with the munition ship .Mount Blanc. Wyatt is accused of neglecting ship movements in the harbour.
