FOREIGN OFFICE THREATENS REPRISALS ON GERMANY. Australia-Now Zealand Cable Association Received February 6, 10.45 a.m. LONDON, Feb. 5. The Foreign Office ha, informed Ger ninny through Holland, that unless Airmen AVookev and Scholtz are released from servitude immediately, and given propel treatment, reprisals will be taken.
