Mr Hugh Mackintosh, managing director of the Sunday Times newspaper, lias issued a writ claiming £SOOO damages for alleged libel against the newspaper Mirror. 'I he alleged libel was contained in an article referring to the disappearance of the boxer Los Darcy and Mackintosh's alleged connection therewith.
