Parlane, general secretary of the New Zealand ilrivois' Federation, agreed to submit unreservedly certain matters in dispute to Cabinet for decision, and have further agreed to abide by the decision of Cabinet. “Now therefore Cabinet hereby decides as follows: “1. Thai tho awards of the Arbitration Court, dated October 23, 1916, which settle the conditions of employment of drivers shall stand unaltered with regard lu
