A Russian communique reports a successful offensive along the whole Roumanian frontier south of Kirlibaba (at the junction of Russia and Roumania) where tho Russians, despite powerful artillery fighting ami violent counte.-attacks, occupied the whore range of heights. A Bulgarian communique claims to have defeated the Roumanians in bayonet lighting between Giurgevc and Bucharest. An Austrian communique speaks of great masses of Russians constantly attacking between Uz valley and Karmar pass for the I relief of the harassed Roumanians. It admits slight Russian success. Tho Daily Chronicle's Bucharest correspondent states that aeroplanes on Thursday twice daringly bombed Bucharest, killing several. A large force attacked the Jiui valley .and-the Roumanians retreated southward from Targu-Jiul, reaching Kiliashi. The snowfall has ceased and there is singularly line weather, advantaging the enemy's advance on the northern frontiers. PARIS, Dec. 1. The Journal's Bucharest correspondent says: —Bucharest is infested with spies owing to the uninternment of alien women. Ten thousand arc at liberty.
