The order of p the proceedings at tho ceremony is as fol- o lows:— Opening hymn "Aurclia," follow- tl ed by a Scripture lesson from 1 Chronicles ii 29; 1-9, by Rev. T. T. Thomas, B. A.; c prayer, led by. Rev. A. B. Chappell, M.A.; address by the President of tho \ Conference, Rev. G. W. J. Spcnce; hymn "Foundation," followed by an address by a Rev. C. 11. Laws, 8.A., ex-president of t: the Conferencehymn "Eden," followed r: by the stone-laying and address by His p Excellency. Lord Islington. Votes of n thanks will then be proposed by Rev. J. A. Luxfordl Major-Chaplain of tho terri- b torial forces, and seconded by J! 'P.' li Leury, Esq. The National•' Anthem and c Benediction will close the celebrations, q A meeting will bo held in the even- t< ing, at the Municipal Hall, when a, fine e musical-programme will bo rendered.
