Madame Harris, who has had a remarkably .successful career, is a specialist in voice culture, and has-been very successful in the interpretation of operatic, oratoria, and ballad music; Her carusr on tho concert platform was quite a distinguished .one. At Homo she was a member of the London Literary and Artistic Society, and'was associated on tho concert'platform with such artists as Signor Palmiere, Signor Monari Rocca, Fraulein Marianne Eisslor, the Allitsens and other performers of note in England. Her concerts were given under the patronage of the Countess of Suffolk, Lady Maria Howard, Lady Harrington," Lady Cotterell, Lady Helen Stewart, and many other well-known personages.
