NEW STEAMERS FOR AUSTRALIA.
NAMED AFTER MUNICIPALITIES. (By Eleotbio Telegbaph-Copibiqht.) (Per Prebb Abbooiation.)' Received, February 27 9.30 a.m. BERLIN, Feb. 26. The German-Australian Steamship Company's next liners are to be named Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, Fremantle, Brisbane, and Albany. The Company's annual report states that the increase in the fleet is due to the Australian States' rapid development. The report further states that the' fact that cooling chambers are required in ships for transport of fruit and meat has made larger steamers indispensable.
