JUDGMENT SUMMONS. Mounsey and Co. (Mr Innes) v J. A. Rush, claim £4 6s 6d. Ten shillings of the amount had been paid. Debtor did not appear or show cause for absence, and was therefore ordered to pay £8 10s 6d forthwith or in default to undergo four days' imprisonment with hard labour. MiFENDED CASES. Randolph and Walker (Mr Innes) sued Martin Creaven (Mr Loughnan) for £60 lis 3d for various goods supplied. A sum of £4$ 10s 3d and costs and fee, £115s, were paid into Court. After hearing a deal of evidence the S.M. gave judgment for plaintiff* for the amount in dispute, £13 12s, with costs amounting to £2 17s.
