Committed tor Trial.

(Per Prows Association.) j WELLINGTON. This'day. Henri Boeqnet vran committed for trial to-day on ft charge of attempting to znurdor James Reille, ftfc Day's Bay, near Wellington, on the 27th March. Accused had lived with Mr* Kcille prior lo her marriage to Keille, and threatened to sit oof her if she married JRcille. The evidence showed that accused tried lo induce Mrs Reille to come, back to him, and produced a revolver, and the husband appearing on the scene, a struggle took place, during; which, it is alleged, Boequet pulled the 'trigger but the revolver missed fire.
