Pigs -There were large entries of all classes of pigs, but the sale was dull throughout, and prices were weaker all round. Prime baconers sold at 40s to 48s, or 4£d to 4*perlb; heavy-weights, 50s to 545, or 4d per lb ; porkers, 30s to dßs, or 5d per lb; stores, large SOs to 365; medium 20s to 27s 6d, small 12a to 18s ; weaners 6s 9d to 10a 6d.
