The bride, who was given away by her father, was becomingly attired in a dress of cream' canvas voile, she carried a lovely shower bouquet, made and presented by Mrs S. W. Luxford, Awapuni. She also wore the usual veil and wreath of orange blossoms. The bridesmaids, Miss Minnie and Sarah Pedersen, sisters of the bride, and Miss Nina Hansen, niece, wore dresses of maize-coloured silk and white picture hats. They also carried shower bouquets. The bridegroom's gift to the bride was a gold brooch set* with opals and to the bridesmaids gold initial brooches. Mr Alfred Pedersen officiated as best'man and Mr H. Sorensen as groomsman.
