The Rev. Campbell, pastor of the City Temple, in addressing the Paddington and Kensington: Trades and Labour Councils, justified his recent statement that working men were often' lazy, unthrifty, -improvident, sometimes immoral, foul-mouthed, and untruthful. He disavowed making an indiscriminate attack. The speaker was thanked and his courage recognised and-cheered.
